Fresh hiring push focuses on technicians and engineers for positions in Dubai and international locations.

Emirates has launched a major recruitment drive for its engineering division, with in-person hiring events scheduled across multiple countries in July and August 2026, alongside a broader global push for aviation talent.

The Emirates Group recently reported record results for FY2025–26, rewarding employees with a 20-week salary bonus after achieving historic highs in profit, revenue, and cash reserves.

The group reported a profit before tax of Dh24.4 billion, revenue of Dh150.5 billion, and cash assets of Dh59.6 billion, despite geopolitical tensions impacting the aviation sector.

Recruitment events across key cities

Emirates Engineering will conduct dedicated hiring events in several cities, including Colombo on July 7, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok from July 7–8, Mumbai on July 21–22, and New Delhi on July 24–25.

Eligible candidates will be invited to attend interviews with Emirates recruiters, managers, and engineering teams.

Applicants will also receive information on job roles, employee benefits, career progression opportunities, and life in Dubai.
