More than 180+ new services to be added to the “DubaiNow” app by the end of February 2027.

AI-powered DubaiNow upgrade to make access to essential public services more seamless and efficient.

DubaiNow is set to expand significantly, with more than 180 new services expected to be added by the end of February 2027 as part of Dubai’s digital transformation efforts.

As part of initiatives to integrate government services into a unified digital ecosystem, Digital Dubai organised a specialised bootcamp in collaboration with multiple government entities to accelerate the migration of individual services into the DubaiNow platform.

The initiative supports the leadership’s vision of delivering public services through a single digital channel for residents and aligns with the goals of the Digital Shared Channels Initiative.

Participating entities in this phase include the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Police, Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Dubai Department of Finance, Dubai Community Development Authority, and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai, among others.

These entities will lead the next phase of service integration into the app, with further government bodies expected to join in later stages.

Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Government Establishment, said the Digital Shared Channels Initiative represents a major shift in how government services are delivered in Dubai. He added that it is based on consolidating services into specialised digital channels designed to offer a simpler and more seamless user experience, supported by AI technology

The bootcamp is part of Digital Dubai’s ongoing efforts to implement the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ensuring a smooth transition of services to the DubaiNow as the unified digital channel for individual services.

He added that the initiative goes beyond offering services on a single platform, aiming instead to create a fully connected government experience where entities function as one integrated ecosystem focused on people’s needs. As more services are incorporated into DubaiNow, the system will further enhance ease of access, speed, and reliability, reflecting Dubai’s ambition to deliver a world-class digital experience.

These efforts are part of Dubai’s broader strategy to unify government service delivery channels, creating a more seamless and integrated digital experience, while improving quality of life and enhancing the emirate’s global competitiveness.
