Participants can now enjoy a more hands-on lottery experience with the launch of the UAE Lottery’s first retail outlet in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.

Located in M40, the new store improves accessibility for lottery participants, especially those who prefer in-person interaction and cash transactions.

In-person access and guidance are available at the new outlet, where players aged 18 and above can purchase physical tickets for games such as Lucky Day Draw and Pick 3. The store also allows in-person payments, offering greater flexibility.

Additionally, customer service staff are available on-site to assist customers, whether they are first-time players or regular participants. Visitors can receive guidance on how to play and get answers to any game-related queries.
