France, Spain, Bahrain, and India express solidarity with Qatar following Iranian aggression.

DOHA: His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, held phone calls today with several Arab and international leaders to discuss regional developments following the attack on Ras Laffan Industrial City, describing it as a serious escalation that threatens regional security and stability and undermines global energy supply.
According to Qatar News Agency (QNA), Sheikh Tamim spoke with Emmanuel Macron, President of France; King Felipe VI of Spain; King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain; and Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India.
In this context, the French President emphasized the urgent need to halt military escalation against civilian infrastructure, particularly energy and water facilities, highlighting the importance of protecting civilians, ensuring their basic needs, and safeguarding energy supply security from the impacts of this aggression.
King Felipe VI condemned the heinous Iranian attack on Ras Laffan Industrial City, denouncing such actions and reaffirming Spain’s support for Qatar in addressing this aggression.
The King of Bahrain also condemned the Iranian attack on Ras Laffan Industrial City, affirming Bahrain’s solidarity with Qatar in facing this blatant aggression.
Similarly, the Prime Minister of India denounced the heinous attack, expressing India’s support for Qatar in confronting the aggression and commending Qatar’s role as an international mediator in promoting regional and global peace and security.
