The service also uses artificial intelligence to recommend government assets based on each investor’s profile and areas of interest, helping users identify opportunities that may be relevant to their investment plans.
Investors can also view information about the areas surrounding individual assets. Nearby parks, public facilities, bus stops and other amenities are mapped on the platform, allowing users to assess a site and its surroundings before making an investment decision.
Clear rules for investors
The digital service operates within a standardised framework covering eligibility, approval requirements and investment arrangements, including Musataha and lease agreements.
Standard contract templates, land-pricing mechanisms and agreement structures are designed to provide greater consistency and ensure investors are treated according to the same established procedures.
Nasser Saleh Farah said the objective is to create a unified, transparent and fully digital process. He added that government land and buildings should be viewed not simply as assets, but as drivers of economic activity, urban development and improved quality of life.
Part of a broader plan
The launch forms part of Abu Dhabi’s wider efforts to diversify its economy, enhance liveability and strengthen investor confidence.
By simplifying access to government investment opportunities and making information more transparent, the service aims to support greater private-sector participation in the emirate’s development.
