Dubai’s Burj Azizi Reaches 725m, Combining Luxury Homes, Hotel, and Retail Spaces.

Dubai: Azizi Developments has revealed updated pricing for its iconic Burj Azizi project, with apartments starting at Dh4.97 million. Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower will rise 725 meters over 140 stories, making it the world’s second-tallest building. The mixed-use development will feature luxury residences, hospitality, retail, dining, entertainment, and cultural spaces—all under one roof. Completion is slated for 2029.

Ultra-Luxury Residences and Penthouses

Apartments in Burj Azizi range from one to three bedrooms, while ultra-luxury penthouses occupy the uppermost floors, each featuring its own dedicated lobby. Residents will enjoy a host of world-class amenities, including swimming pools, a spa, a gym and yoga center, a cinema, a games room, and a variety of retail and dining outlets—all within the building.

Farhad Azizi, Group CEO of Azizi Group, said:
“Having the two tallest buildings in the world just kilometers apart is a powerful testament to Dubai’s ambition and its ability to redefine urban possibilities. Creating a landmark of genuine distinction is no small feat—yet Burj Azizi sets a new, one-of-a-kind pinnacle.”

Hospitality and World Records

Burj Azizi will also feature an all-suite, seven-star hotel, offering seven culturally inspired restaurants, a luxury ballroom, and an exclusive beach club. The tower is set to claim several world records, including the highest observation deck on level 130, highest hotel lobby on level 111, highest nightclub on level 126, and highest restaurant on level 122. At the summit, a museum will showcase the tower’s construction through immersive multimedia exhibits.
