In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed solidarity with the Philippines and conveyed wishes for a swift recovery for those injured in the disaster.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a message of condolence to Ferdinand Marcos Jr. following the earthquake that struck southern Philippines, which resulted in multiple deaths and injuries.

He also expressed wishes for a quick recovery for those who were injured.
