Abu Dhabi: The UAE’s Ministry of Interior has urged the public to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines during the current period of unstable weather, stressing that adherence to official instructions is essential to protect lives and property.

In guidance shared on its official X account, the ministry advised motorists to reduce speed, follow traffic laws, and avoid areas prone to water accumulation or fast-flowing wadis, in order to minimize the risk of vehicles skidding.

Authorities also advised the public to avoid going out to sea during adverse weather and to follow safety precautions at home. They stressed the importance of relying solely on official sources for updates and refraining from spreading rumours.
