UAE expected to experience warmer, partly cloudy conditions ahead of rainfall early next week.

Date:

Fair skies today, while humidity rises and stronger winds along with rain are expected in the coming days.

Dubai: The United Arab Emirates is forecast to experience fair to partly cloudy skies on Saturday, with temperatures rising across most regions, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.

Daytime conditions will generally remain stable, although humidity is expected to increase overnight and into Sunday morning in some western areas.

Light to moderate winds are predicted, with seas remaining slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

Temperatures are expected to reach 31°C to 34°C in coastal and inland areas, while mountainous regions will remain cooler, with highs between 22°C and 27°C. Night-time temperatures are forecast to drop to 9°C–20°C, varying by location.

Similar weather conditions are expected on Sunday, with fair to partly cloudy skies during the day and increasing cloud cover overnight.

Humidity is expected to rise again overnight, particularly in some inland areas. Winds will blow from the southeast to northeast, occasionally strengthening in western regions, reaching speeds of up to 35 km/h.

From Monday, cloud cover is forecast to increase, with a chance of light rain overnight into Tuesday morning, especially over the islands. Temperatures may dip slightly in western areas, while humid conditions continue at night and during early mornings in some coastal and inland regions.

On Tuesday, skies are likely to be partly cloudy to cloudy, with an increasing likelihood of rainfall, particularly at night and into Wednesday morning in western parts of the country. Winds may shift from southeasterly to northwesterly, strengthening over the sea with gusts up to 40 km/h.

By Wednesday, unsettled conditions are expected to persist, with further chances of rain over western and island areas, possibly spreading to coastal and inland regions overnight. Stronger winds over the sea may cause blowing dust in western areas, and sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf could become moderate to rough at times.
