UAE Delivers Humanitarian Aid to Gaza Through Ahmed bin Rashid Humanitarian Bridge

Humanitarian Initiative Under Operation Gallant Knight 3 Aims to Provide Over 10 Million Meals.

Al Arish: Humanitarian food assistance supplied through the Ahmed bin Rashid Humanitarian Bridge has entered the Gaza Strip via the Rafah Crossing, providing essential support to Palestinian residents affected by the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The initiative is being carried out by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) in collaboration with Operation Galant Knight 3, as part of the UAE’s continuing efforts to address urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza.

The latest delivery follows several humanitarian aid flights that departed from Al Maktoum International Airport, transporting food supplies intended for families and communities facing difficult living conditions.

The humanitarian bridge aims to distribute more than 10 million meals to people across the Gaza Strip. The initiative also honours the memory of the late Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and commemorates his humanitarian contributions.

At the UAE Humanitarian Aid Logistics Centre in Al Arish, Egypt, teams working under Operation Galant Knight 3 coordinated the preparation, loading and transportation of relief supplies.

The aid was subsequently transported to the Rafah Crossing for entry into Gaza, supporting the ongoing delivery of essential food assistance to Palestinian communities.

The operation forms part of broader humanitarian efforts to ease the hardships faced by Gaza’s residents and ensure that vital assistance reaches those in need.

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), in partnership with Operation Galant Knight 3, had earlier organised a large-scale community humanitarian initiative at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together volunteers to prepare meals for people in need.

The event attracted widespread community participation, reflecting the UAE’s longstanding commitment to compassion, generosity and solidarity.

The initiative also highlighted the collective spirit of UAE society, with individuals coming together to support humanitarian relief efforts and extend assistance to vulnerable communities.
