NCM predicts dusty winds and a possibility of rain across the UAE.

Dubai: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast unsettled weather across the UAE, with dust, cloud cover, and the possibility of rain over the coming days.
The weather bulletin indicates fair to partly cloudy skies initially, turning cloudier by night, with a chance of rainfall in some western areas and islands by Thursday morning.
Light to moderate winds are expected to strengthen during the day, bringing blowing dust and reduced visibility in exposed areas. Sea conditions are forecast to be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
The forecast predicts partly cloudy to cloudy skies continuing through the weekend, with a chance of scattered rainfall and convective cloud development in several areas. Winds may occasionally strengthen, causing dust and reduced horizontal visibility.
Temperatures are expected to range from 29°C to 33°C in coastal and inland areas, with cooler conditions in mountainous regions.
