The UAE Ministry of Defence has confirmed its full readiness to respond to any threats.

Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Defence announced that the nation’s air defence systems successfully intercepted a barrage of ballistic missiles launched from Iran early on Tuesday. In a statement posted on its official X account, the ministry said the UAE’s air defences were actively engaging a salvo of ballistic missiles coming from Iran.

The ministry reaffirmed its full operational readiness to respond to any threats, emphasizing that all measures are intended to protect the nation’s territory and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.

Authorities have assured the public that national security and safety remain fully protected.
