Dubai Ruler Highlights Inspectors’ Role in Upholding Justice, Integrity and Rule of Law.

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of 15 newly appointed judicial inspectors in Dubai.
The ceremony was attended by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council.
Sheikh Mohammed wished the new judicial inspectors success in carrying out their responsibilities and emphasised the important role of judicial inspection in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the judicial system.
He also underscored the importance of their responsibilities in upholding integrity, ensuring justice and reinforcing the rule of law.
Sheikh Mohammed said the continued development of Dubai’s judicial system is a key pillar of the emirate’s future, helping safeguard rights, uphold justice and the rule of law, and strengthen Dubai’s standing as a global model for judicial excellence.
The newly appointed judicial inspectors expressed their appreciation for the trust placed in them and reaffirmed their commitment to carrying out their responsibilities with integrity while upholding the principles of justice and the rule of law.
Also attending the ceremony were Chancellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai; Dr Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts and Acting President of Dubai Courts for Administrative Affairs; Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, President of the Court of Cassation and Acting President of Dubai Courts for Judicial Affairs; Counsellor Mohammed Mubarak Al Sabousi, Chief of Dubai’s Judicial Inspection Authority; and Dr Abdullah Saif Al Suboosi, Secretary-General of the Dubai Judicial Council.
