‘RAK Ambassador’ initiative offers exclusive hotel, attraction and dining deals.

Ras Al Khaimah is encouraging residents and citizens to become ambassadors for the emirate through a new initiative designed to attract more visitors.

The Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Tuesday launched the ‘RAK Ambassador’ initiative, inviting residents to encourage friends and relatives from overseas to visit and explore the emirate. The programme aims to boost tourism, hotel occupancy and visitor spending while involving the local community in supporting Ras Al Khaimah’s economic growth.

The campaign will run from August 19 to October 31, 2026, allowing UAE citizens and residents aged 18 and above to register as ambassadors and nominate friends and relatives from overseas to visit Ras Al Khaimah.

Promoting diversity

Dr Rashid Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the initiative is the first of its kind in the emirate and aims to enrich and diversify the tourism and investment experience.

Under the programme, registered hosts can invite multiple visitors, provided their guests’ details are submitted before they arrive in the UAE on a tourist visa or visa on arrival.

Participating visitors will have access to a range of exclusive offers, including discounted hotel stays, tickets to major attractions, restaurant and café deals, and special offers on marine activities and safari tours.

Benefits

Participants will also be able to enjoy benefits and discounts on luxury car rentals, along with exclusive shopping offers at Al Manar Mall.

Al Nuaimi said the initiative reflects the Chamber’s commitment to engaging citizens and residents in promoting Ras Al Khaimah as a leading tourism and investment destination.

He described the programme as a strong example of public-private sector collaboration, noting that greater community involvement could help attract more visitors, boost spending and support the emirate’s hospitality and commercial sectors.

The initiative supports the goals of Ras Al Khaimah Vision 2030, which aims to strengthen the emirate’s position as a leading global destination for living, working, investment and tourism.

Registration is available through the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber website.
