Dubai: Parkonic has announced that VIP parking at City Walk Boulevard (Buildings 9 & 10, 13 & 14) is now available exclusively through pre-booking.

The service enables users to reserve designated basement parking spaces in advance via the PARKONIC app for a chosen duration.

How it works

  • Reservations must be made through the PARKONIC app
  • Only designated basement spaces are allocated for VIP users
  • Entry and exit are automated during the confirmed booking period

Important rules for VIP parking

  • Spaces must be pre-booked and paid for in advance
  • Access is permitted strictly within the reserved time slot
  • Parking in VIP spaces without a valid booking is prohibited
  • Unauthorised parking or overstays will incur a charge of Dh60 per hour (or part thereof), automatically billed via the user’s Salik account
  • All payments are non-refundable and subject to PARKONIC’s terms and conditions

Paid parking at Dubai Lulu Hypermarkets

Parkonic has announced the rollout of paid parking at three Lulu Hypermarket locations in Dubai:

  • Rashidiya
  • Dubai Investment Park 1
  • Al Warqa

Shoppers can now access a seamless, cashless parking experience through the Parkonic app, supporting Dubai’s wider smart city initiatives.
