New destination for active entertainment: Air Maniax offers family-friendly fun in Dubai’s Motor City.

Date:

Kids and adults alike can jump, climb, and explore in an exciting adventure zone.

Dubai’s family entertainment landscape has a new addition — Air Maniax at First Avenue Mall in Motor City. Developed by View Emirates, the team behind Air Maniax and Street Maniax, it caters to the rising demand for active, experience-driven family entertainment.

With screens increasingly dominating home and school life, Air Maniax encourages real-world movement, allowing kids and adults to jump, climb, and explore in an engaging environment.

Air Maniax stands out for its all-ages appeal. It features a dedicated toddler zone focused on creative play, while older children can take on more dynamic challenges, and families can enjoy activities together.

Beyond casual visits, it is also emerging as a popular venue for birthday parties, school trips, and organised events, combining structured experiences with high-energy fun. Founder Riyaz Suterwalla said the goal is simple: to get children active, engaged, and enjoying time away from screens.

Safety remains a top priority, with trained staff and well-managed play zones ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment for families. The mall also offers three hours of free parking in its basement.

Parents can also relax with a premium Illy coffee, while the café menu includes a variety of options — from fresh fruit and light snacks to family favourites such as pizza, chicken nuggets with fries, croissants, and refreshing treats like slush drinks and ice cream.

Now open since 8 May 2026, Air Maniax Motor City adds another strong option to Dubai’s growing indoor entertainment scene. Whether for regular weekend outings or special celebrations, the goal is to create a space where families can move more, laugh more, and spend quality time together.

With screens now everywhere — at home, at school, and beyond — the aim is to encourage children to get active and keep moving.
