Heroes behind Burj Khalifa NYE fireworks will melt your heart

Emaar paid tribute to the heroes behind NYE celebrations in a heartwarming video.

Thousands of revellers gathered to ring in the New Year and witness breathtaking fireworks that lit up the Burj Khalifa on December 31.

Among the cheering and hooting crowd that watched the world’s tallest building dazzle the night skies, there were also the “heroes” who restored Downtown Dubai clearing up trash left behind by the revellers.

Emaar paid tribute to these “heroes behind #EmaarNYE2020” by dedicating a video of their adherence and wholeheartedness on its social media platforms. The heartwarming video shows one of these men donning his neon jacket and clearing up the mess on the roads and walkways as early as 2:30am.

Emaar wrote: ‘This is the story of one of the heroes behind #EmaarNYE2020. Watch how #DowntownDubai was restored by 2:30 am on the same day’.
