Could this new route reshape your travel plans?

Thinking about your next holiday? So are we—and Dubai-based flydubai has just made it more tempting.

The airline will launch twice-daily flights from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport starting Tuesday, September 15.

Bangkok, famous for its vibrant nightlife, bustling markets, and world-class street food, was recently named the best city in the world for Gen Z, making it a must-visit destination for travellers.

Located just north of the city centre, Don Mueang Airport offers easy access to Bangkok and surrounding regions for both business and leisure visitors.

With the new double daily flights, flydubai will soon operate 28 weekly connections to Thailand, complementing its existing service to Krabi and expanding travel options for passengers from Dubai.

The new Bangkok service will operate under the existing flydubai–Emirates codeshare partnership, giving passengers smoother itineraries, a single ticket, and through check-in of baggage.

Flights will depart from DXB Terminal 3 twice daily to Don Mueang Airport (DMK):

  • FZ1225 – DXB 11:00 am GST → DMK 8:45 pm ICT
  • FZ1345 – DXB 1:20 pm GST → DMK 11:10 am ICT

Return flights:

  • FZ1336 – DMK 11:50 pm ICT → DXB 3:20 am GST
  • FZ1346 – DMK 12:10 am ICT → DXB 3:40 pm GST

Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai, said:

“Thailand remains a very popular destination for both leisure and business travel. The launch of our double-daily service to Bangkok reflects continued demand across our network and underscores our commitment to providing our customers with more convenient and flexible travel options.

With our flights operating from Terminal 3 at Dubai International and in codeshare with Emirates, passengers can enjoy seamless connectivity through Dubai’s world-class aviation hub from destinations across the GCC, Europe and beyond.”

Return fares start from Dhs2,500 in Economy Lite and Dhs9,000 in Business Class.
