Authorities emphasized that alerts are part of the national early warning system, aimed at supporting preparedness and preventive measures. Under UAE law, sharing false or misleading news can result in legal penalties.
The Ministry of Interior advised residents to take immediate shelter in secure buildings and to stay away from windows, doors, and open areas during potential missile threats.
