The service allows residents to have recovered belongings delivered directly to their homes or workplaces.

Dubai Police have introduced a new service that enables residents across the UAE to receive lost-and-found items recovered in Dubai directly at their homes or workplaces, as part of efforts to improve customer experience and enhance convenience.
The initiative aims to simplify the process of reclaiming lost belongings by allowing individuals to have recovered items delivered to their preferred location, removing the need to visit police service centres for collection.
Announcing the initiative on its official X account, Dubai Police said residents can request the delivery of recovered lost-and-found items to their homes or workplaces in any of the UAE’s seven emirates.
The initiative is part of Dubai Police’s wider efforts to enhance smart, customer-focused services, simplify procedures, and improve the overall experience by offering quicker and more convenient access to police services.
Dubai Police advised customers seeking to use the service to contact the Call Centre on 901 to arrange delivery of their recovered belongings.
The force has continued to broaden its range of digital and proactive services in recent years, supporting Dubai’s wider efforts to boost government efficiency, enhance public satisfaction, and strengthen its reputation as one of the world’s leading smart cities.
