Dubai Municipality collections via Al Ansari Exchange surge 710% over a decade

Customers can pay Dubai Municipality fees at Al Ansari Exchange branches across the UAE.

Dubai: Annual collections for Dubai Municipality made through Al Ansari Exchange have increased by around 710 per cent over the past decade, marking 10 years of partnership between the two entities.

The collaboration allows individual and corporate customers to pay Dubai Municipality government service fees through Al Ansari Exchange’s branch network across the UAE.

The partnership was established in 2016, expanding the payment channels available to customers for settling Dubai Municipality fees.

Payment access expands over the decade

Al Ansari Exchange and Dubai Municipality said the 710 per cent increase in annual collections reflects growing customer adoption, the reliability of the service and rising demand for convenient payment options.

“We highly value our decade-long partnership with Al Ansari Exchange. This collaboration has helped improve service delivery efficiency and simplify the customer journey when paying Dubai Municipality fees,” said Sayed Ismail Al Hashemi, Acting CEO of the Corporate Support Services Sector at Dubai Municipality.

The partnership has also broadened the payment options available to customers accessing Dubai Municipality services.
