Aegean Airlines

airBaltic

Latvian airline airBaltic has suspended all scheduled flights to and from Dubai until October 24, amid the ongoing regional disruption.

Reports from Lithuania have also suggested that the airline plans to suspend its winter Dubai route entirely, although flights after October 24 are still appearing as bookable on the airBaltic website.

Air Canada

Air Canada has suspended all flights to and from Dubai until mid-January 2027, extending an earlier suspension that had been due to run through October 24. The airline said the decision reflects the ongoing security situation in the Middle East.

  • Request a full refund without penalties if the ticket was booked directly with Philippine Airlines. Refund processing is expected to take around eight days because of the high volume of regional cancellation requests, with the final credit potentially taking two to four weeks depending on the bank.
  • Passengers who booked through a travel agent should contact the agency directly to arrange a refund.

Singapore Airlines

Singapore Airlines has cancelled flights SQ494 and SQ495 between Singapore and Dubai through October 24 amid the ongoing geopolitical situation in the Middle East. The airline said the situation remains fluid and other services could also be affected.

Passengers affected by the cancellations will be reaccommodated on alternative flights or can request a full refund for the unused portion of their ticket. Travellers should check their individual flight status before heading to the airport.

Virgin Atlantic

British airline Virgin Atlantic announced in May that it had suspended its seasonal service between London Heathrow and Dubai. This means that the airline does not plan on returning to the emirate until 2027 at the earliest.

Wizz Air

Popular budget airline Wizz Air has also suspended flights to and from Dubai. While the airline has not issued a specific statement confirming the Dubai suspension, its latest travel information advises passengers to check whether their flights are affected, and no Dubai services are currently listed for booking through late October.
