DPS Launches in Dubai: Middle East’s First Permanent Real Estate Exhibition Centre

Date:

Expert consultants from developers are available daily, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, throughout the year.

Dubai has once again raised the bar in real estate with the grand opening of the DPS Property Exhibition—the Middle East’s first-ever permanent real estate exhibition. Officially inaugurated on March 25, 2026, at Main Umm Suqeim Street, Al Barsha 2, DPS welcomes agents, property seekers, and investors to a year-round destination unlike any other.

The launch ceremony drew senior figures from Dubai’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority, including Ali Abdullah Ali, Director of the Real Estate Control Department, and Rashid Suleiman, Head of the Real Estate Licensing Section, highlighting the strong institutional backing for this landmark initiative.

DPS is built on a simple yet transformative idea: providing agents, buyers, and investors with continuous access to Dubai’s top developments, inventories, and launches. The exhibition unites over 30 leading UAE developers—including DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Danube, Tiger, Beyond, Ellington, and Deca—showcasing more than 400 residential and commercial projects under one roof.

Unlike traditional property exhibitions that run for just a few days, DPS offers year-round access with free admission and no reservations required. Expert consultants from developers are available daily to assist visitors, with the exhibition open every day from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

DPS is transforming the real estate experience by serving three key audiences. Real estate agents can explore Dubai’s full property inventory in one location, complemented by premium agent lounges. Buyers enjoy the advantage of comparing a wide selection of residential and commercial projects under one roof, with expert consultants available on-site for guidance.

At the same time, developers gain from permanent branded booths, ensuring consistent visibility and a steady stream of qualified leads year-round.

Ashraf Jawhar, Senior Vice President at DAMAC, commented, “Dubai continues to shine as a market of exceptional scale and resilience. DPS provides a vital platform for the industry, connecting developers, brokers, and buyers in a way that reflects the city’s growth and global appeal.”

A DPS spokesperson added that the concept was driven by demand for a year-round property forum: “This permanent platform allows serious buyers, investors, and brokers to engage with developers anytime, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and access for all.”

The Dubai Property Show is now open, marking a new era for real estate in the city.
