Rising temperatures expected under partly cloudy skies today.

Dubai: The National Centre of Meteorology has issued a weather warning for motorists across the Emirates as dense fog is expected to sharply reduce horizontal visibility.
Forecasters warned that visibility could drop significantly in several coastal and inland areas, with the alert remaining in effect until 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
The National Centre of Meteorology urged motorists to exercise caution and strictly follow road safety guidelines, especially during the early morning hours when the fog is expected to be thickest.
According to the five-day national forecast, the alert follows a period of fluctuating temperatures and changing maritime conditions. Tuesday is expected to bring rising temperatures under fair to partly cloudy skies, while humidity will increase overnight, maintaining a risk of mist across western coastal areas into Wednesday.
On Wednesday, similar conditions are expected to persist, with overnight humidity and early Thursday bringing a risk of mist in some inland areas. Southeasterly winds will shift northwesterly and strengthen across western regions by night, reaching speeds of up to 40 km/h. Seas will build from slight to moderate, becoming rough in the Arabian Gulf by evening.
Temperatures are forecast to ease on Thursday, under fair to partly cloudy skies, with a continued risk of fog inland overnight into Friday. Northwesterly to southwesterly winds may reach up to 40 km/h, while seas in the Arabian Gulf remain moderate to rough, and rough conditions are expected to develop in the Oman Sea by evening.
On Friday, skies are expected to remain fair to partly cloudy, particularly over western areas. Rough seas in the morning are forecast to gradually subside.
By Saturday, temperatures will rise slightly under fair to partly cloudy skies, accompanied by lighter winds and slight to moderate seas.
