Combating coronavirus: Now, get Dubai movement permit once in three days

Residents in Dubai will now be able to get a movement permit once in three days.

The move permit is essential for people to step out to buy groceries, visit pharmacies or the hospital ever since movement restrictions have been put in place across the UAE to combat the Covid-19 coronavirus.

According to an update on the Dubai Police website, such permits will now only be given once in three days.

Additionally, those applying to withdraw cash from an ATM can now get a permit once in five days.

The movement permit system was launched by the Dubai Police to ensure that people remain at home and go out only if absolutely necessary.
