Emergency plan allows resumption of passenger and cargo flights.

Dubai: The Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) has announced the partial resumption of air navigation in Qatar via designated contingency routes with limited operational capacity, coordinated fully with the Qatari Armed Forces and relevant national authorities.
This phase allows a limited number of flights for passenger evacuations, alongside air cargo operations, ensuring the continued provision of essential air services amid the current regional situation.
The QCAA affirmed that it remains at the highest level of operational readiness, working closely with relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of passengers and personnel in the civil aviation sector. The authority is committed to maintaining the safe and efficient flow of air navigation in line with international standards.
The authority is continuously monitoring developments and will provide timely updates to the public and aviation sector partners as the situation evolves.
The authority emphasizes that passengers with confirmed bookings should closely follow the latest updates from their airlines.
It also clarified that the flights currently operating do not include regular scheduled services to and from Doha, which will resume only after an official announcement from the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority regarding the safe reopening of the airspace.
