Flytxt’s Niya-X platform powers AI Expertforce to transform business performance across GCC enterprises.

Dubai: Flytxt, a global enterprise artificial intelligence company, has launched its AI Expertforce product suite across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), aiming to help businesses move beyond conventional task-based AI agents.
The new offering introduces specialised AI Experts designed to independently support business decision-making, execute actions and deliver measurable commercial results.
The launch comes as organisations across the GCC increase their investments in artificial intelligence while placing greater emphasis on achieving tangible financial returns.
According to McKinsey’s State of AI 2025 survey, 88 per cent of organisations worldwide use AI in at least one business function, but only 39 per cent report an impact on earnings at the enterprise level.
The findings highlight a significant gap between widespread AI adoption and the ability of businesses to translate these investments into measurable financial value.
Flytxt’s AI Expertforce model aims to bridge the gap between AI adoption and measurable business results by combining specialised AI Expert Agents with industry-specific knowledge, enterprise context and autonomous decision-making capabilities.
Unlike traditional AI agents and copilots that primarily handle individual tasks, these AI Experts are designed to pursue wider business goals, including increasing revenue, improving profitability, strengthening customer retention and enhancing customer experience.
The solution is powered by Niya-X, Flytxt’s Agentic AI platform, which provides specialised AI Experts for marketing, product management and customer service operations.
Using causal reasoning and counterfactual modelling, the platform enables AI Experts to assess different business strategies, identify suitable interventions and coordinate decisions and actions across multiple departments.
AI applications across industries
Flytxt says the technology has potential applications in several sectors, helping organisations evaluate complex business decisions and their financial implications.
In the aviation industry, airlines could use AI Experts to assess whether increasing capacity on popular routes would improve profitability by analysing ticket prices, passenger demand and operational expenses.
Utility providers could apply the technology to refine tariff plans and customer engagement strategies based on electricity or water consumption patterns, projected demand and revenue targets.
Financial institutions could also use the platform to identify opportunities for greater product adoption and customer value by comparing lending, savings and investment offerings while operating within established risk limits.
Moving beyond AI-powered task automation
“Enterprises now expect AI agents to go beyond task execution and contribute directly to business outcomes. This requires specialised AI Experts that understand business priorities, evaluate alternative strategies and coordinate actions across functions,” said Dr Vinod Vasudevan, CEO of Flytxt.
“With AI Expertforce, we are helping GCC enterprises move beyond AI-driven efficiency improvement to measurable and sustained commercial value.”
The company says its approach is intended to help businesses shift their focus from automating routine activities to using AI for decisions that influence financial performance and long-term growth.
Flytxt’s global presence and industry recognition
Flytxt currently serves more than 80 enterprises across 50 countries, according to the company.
It reports that its AI solutions have helped customers achieve improvements including reductions in customer churn of up to 28 per cent.
The company was recently named a Challenger in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for CSP AI-Enabled Marketing and Sales Solutions.
Its Niya-X platform also received a Bronze Stevie Award at the 2026 International Business Awards.
With the introduction of AI Expertforce in the GCC, Flytxt aims to connect business intelligence, strategic decision-making and operational execution within a unified AI-driven framework.
The offering is positioned to help regional enterprises assess the value of their AI investments through measurable commercial performance rather than improvements in task automation alone.
