DFSA-Regulated Platform Brings Fast Trading, Shariah-Compliant Options and AI-Powered Tools.

Dubai: Sahm Financial Limited has launched its investment services for investors in the UAE, providing access to Saudi and US equity markets through the Sahm App.
The UAE-based financial services company is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), under Reference No. F012218, and registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) under Licence No. CL10742.
As investors increasingly look for greater flexibility and broader exposure to international markets, Sahm aims to offer UAE customers a digital investment experience that combines access to multiple markets with technology-driven tools and resources.
Through its platform, investors can explore opportunities across Saudi and US equities while using digital features designed to support their investment decisions.
The Sahm App offers a digital trading platform providing access to Saudi and US equity markets, along with features including conditional orders, fast order execution, Shariah-compliant trading options and a simplified digital onboarding process.
Investors can also access round-the-clock financial news, detailed stock information, portfolio management tools and educational resources through Sahm Academy. The platform includes Sahm AI, an artificial intelligence-powered assistant, as well as an integrated Arabic-language investor community.
Steven Chou, Chairman of Sahm Financial Limited, said the launch of investment services in the UAE marked an important step in the company’s expansion of regulated digital investment solutions across key markets.
He highlighted the UAE’s position as a global financial centre connecting investors, institutions and markets, adding that Sahm’s DFSA-regulated entity would provide UAE and regional investors with convenient digital access to Saudi and US equities.
Sahm Financial Limited’s UAE operations also expand Valuable Capital Group’s network of locally regulated entities across major financial markets.
Drawing on Valuable Capital Group’s experience in developing technology-driven investment solutions, Sahm said it aims to support investors through accessible digital services backed by regulated operations in the markets where it operates.
With more than two million users, the Sahm App combines market access and data with advanced trading and analytical tools, AI-powered market insights and assistance, educational resources through Sahm Academy and investor engagement through its Community platform.
