Motorists Face Delays Near Malls, Hospitals and Major Abu Dhabi Roads.
Traffic is flowing relatively smoothly across most parts of Abu Dhabi this morning, although moderate congestion has been reported around Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station and parts of the Al Nahyan area.
Motorists may also experience slower traffic along Al Karamah Street near Mubadala Tower, as well as on sections of Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street around Parallel Cafe and the Al Bateen Palace area.
Heavy congestion remains relatively limited, with only brief stretches of slow-moving traffic reported around major signal-controlled intersections along Al Karamah Street and Sultan Bin Zayed The First Street.
Motorists using these routes may experience minor delays, particularly when approaching busy junctions during peak travel periods.
Mussafah and Mohamed Bin Zayed City
Traffic is generally moving smoothly across the outer areas of Mussafah and Mohamed Bin Zayed City, including Sireef Street, roads surrounding Abu Dhabi University, and stretches of the E22.
Motorists travelling through these areas are currently experiencing relatively steady traffic conditions, with no major congestion reported on the main routes.
Moderate congestion is being reported along Al Hiraf Street near M9, M14 and Mazyad Mall, as well as on the main Mussafah Sanaiya road around Thrifty Car Rental and Burjeel Medical City.
Motorists may also encounter slower-moving traffic along the corridor bordering ICAD I and ME12, including connecting roads near NMC Royal Hospital and Mohamed Bin Zayed City.
Heavier traffic is visible on parts of Al Hiraf Street, particularly towards its northern section. Additional delays are being reported along the central route passing Burjeel Medical City towards the ME11 and ME12 intersections.
Abu Dhabi road closures
Suhel Star Street, Mohamed Bin Zayed City
A section of Suhel Star Street in Mohamed Bin Zayed City will be temporarily closed from 10pm on Friday, September 18, until 4am on Monday, September 21.
Motorists travelling through the area during this period should plan ahead and use alternative routes where necessary.

E11 in Al Dhafra Region
The left lane towards Abu Dhabi on Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed International Road (E11) in the Al Dhafra Region will remain closed from September 15 to September 20.
