Dubai partnership gives Indian Agentic AI companies access to new business and investment opportunities.

Dubai: Indian companies specialising in Agentic AI and deeptech are set to receive greater support to establish and expand their businesses from Dubai under a new agreement between Dubai Chambers and India’s National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM).
The Memorandum of Understanding will focus on connecting Indian companies with business opportunities in Dubai while strengthening links between the Agentic AI ecosystems in India and the UAE. The partnership will also promote knowledge sharing and strategic collaborations between stakeholders in both markets.
Participating companies could gain access to specialised Agentic AI business events and joint initiatives designed to bring together businesses, investors and entrepreneurs from India and Dubai.
Connecting Indian AI firms with Dubai
Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM will work together to build strategic partnerships between businesses and other stakeholders in the Agentic AI ecosystems of Dubai and India. The agreement also covers knowledge-sharing, expertise exchange and joint initiatives focused on Agentic AI.
The partnership is specifically designed to support Indian companies specialising in Agentic AI and deeptech that are looking to establish or expand their operations from Dubai. It will connect them with business opportunities and Dubai’s wider innovation and partnership ecosystem.
Dubai steps up Agentic AI push
“We are expanding international cooperation and partnerships to build an integrated ecosystem that supports the adoption of Agentic AI by businesses, enhances efficiency and productivity, and creates new opportunities for economic growth,” said Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers.
NASSCOM represents India’s $315 billion technology industry and has more than 3,500 member companies, ranging from startups to multinational corporations.
The agreement comes after Dubai Chambers established its Executive Committee for Agentic AI in June to accelerate adoption of the technology, strengthen businesses’ readiness for technological change and reinforce Dubai’s position as a hub for the digital economy and future industries.
The committee is responsible for approving specialised Agentic AI training programmes, developing incubators for companies in the sector and supporting businesses that are building Agentic AI solutions. It also promotes knowledge-sharing and capacity building within Dubai Chambers.
Lootah said Dubai’s efforts to support the private sector’s transition to Agentic AI are designed to strengthen business competitiveness and help companies take greater advantage of advanced technologies and their applications.
The committee is also responsible for promoting knowledge-sharing and building capabilities within Dubai Chambers, while the new agreement with NASSCOM extends those efforts by strengthening connections with Indian technology companies, investors and entrepreneurs.
The partnership is expected to deepen collaboration between the UAE and Indian Agentic AI ecosystems, helping businesses exchange expertise and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in Dubai.
