Rain, convective clouds and dusty winds expected, with temperatures set to ease later this week.

Dubai: Temperatures could climb to 49°C in parts of the UAE on Monday, while rain-bearing clouds are expected to form over eastern areas as the country enters a period of unsettled weather, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM said Monday would be generally fair to partly cloudy, with clouds developing over eastern parts of the country and potentially becoming convective in the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to peak between 44°C and 49°C in inland areas, while coastal regions and islands could see highs of around 45°C.
Humidity is expected to rise overnight and into Tuesday morning across some western areas, creating the possibility of fog or mist. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally becoming fresh and reaching speeds of up to 35km/h. Seas are expected to remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
