The operational figures were announced during the opening of National Ambulance’s new headquarters in Abu Dhabi, which was inaugurated by Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Prevention and Chairman of the Federal Ambulance and Civil Defence Authority.
During the ceremony, National Ambulance CEO Dr Eng. Mohammed Salem Haboush accompanied the minister on a tour of the new facility, which houses the Ambulance Communication Centre, a training centre, medical supply warehouses, and an advanced ambulance fleet fitted with the latest technologies and tracking systems. The minister was also briefed on artificial intelligence-driven initiatives being developed to improve ambulance operations and enhance service delivery.
Established in 2010, National Ambulance has evolved into a leading provider of pre-hospital emergency care in the UAE.
