Fresh winds and dusty weather expected before humidity rises overnight.

Dubai: Partly cloudy skies, humid nights and occasional dusty winds are forecast across the UAE over the weekend, with conditions becoming more favourable for fog and mist formation in coastal and inland areas early next week, according to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM).
The NCM said Friday’s weather is expected to be partly cloudy, with cloud cover increasing at times, particularly over northern and eastern regions. Humid conditions are also likely overnight and into Saturday morning, especially in some coastal areas.
Light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds are expected, occasionally strengthening to reach speeds of up to 35km/h. These winds may cause blowing dust in some eastern parts of the country.
Sea conditions are forecast to remain slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
Similar weather conditions are expected on Saturday, with fair to partly cloudy skies and humidity continuing overnight into Sunday morning in some coastal areas. Winds will remain light to moderate, occasionally strengthening to around 35km/h, while sea conditions are expected to stay largely unchanged.
From Sunday through Monday, humid conditions are expected to spread into some inland areas, increasing the likelihood of fog or mist during the early morning hours. Daytime weather will remain fair to partly cloudy, with light to moderate southwesterly to northwesterly winds ranging from 10–20km/h and occasionally reaching 30km/h.
The Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are forecast to remain slight during this period.
The outlook for Monday indicates generally fair weather, with some cloud development expected over eastern areas. Humid conditions are likely to continue overnight and into Tuesday morning, with the possibility of fog or mist forming in parts of coastal and inland regions.
Wind speeds and sea conditions are expected to remain similar to the previous day, with no significant changes forecast.
