Children can enjoy rides, interactive learning and immersive experiences at five Yas Island destinations.

Abu Dhabi: Yas Island Abu Dhabi has announced the return of its Yas Island Summer Camp, giving children aged 7 to 13 the chance to enjoy seven weeks of activities, educational experiences and entertainment at some of the capital’s most popular attractions.

Following the success of its inaugural edition, the camp will run from July 6 to August 21 and feature an expanded programme spanning five destinations: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and CLYMB Abu Dhabi.

The camp blends learning with entertainment, allowing children to explore a different attraction each day through a variety of interactive activities, hands-on workshops, team challenges and exciting rides.

Organisers said the programme has been carefully designed to foster curiosity, creativity and teamwork, while providing children with opportunities to develop new skills in an engaging and enjoyable setting.

At Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, participants will join the “Speed Champions” programme, which features activities inspired by racing, engineering and innovation. Meanwhile, Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi will host the “Pearl Splash” experience, introducing children to the UAE’s rich pearl-diving heritage through interactive water-based activities and storytelling sessions.

At Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, the “Power Quest” programme will give children the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of their favourite superheroes through a series of themed challenges and interactive adventures.

Meanwhile, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi will host the “Marine Mission” programme, offering participants insights into marine life, ocean conservation and the importance of protecting marine ecosystems through engaging educational experiences.

Meanwhile, CLYMB Abu Dhabi will host the “Aero Adventure” programme, combining physical activity, teamwork and interactive lessons on the science of flight through a range of hands-on experiences and indoor challenges.

The camp will feature three rotating weekly schedules, ensuring that children who attend for multiple weeks can enjoy a variety of activities and experiences throughout the summer.

Participants will also receive a daily lunch, along with a special camper kit containing Yas Island Summer Camp merchandise and exclusive gifts.

The programme will run from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 3pm.

Packages start at Dh1,595 per child, with discounted rates available for siblings and Yas Annual Passholders. Parents can also opt for daily camp packages, with prices starting from Dh440 per day.

Registration is now open, and organisers are encouraging parents to reserve places early as demand is expected to be high.
