Temperatures are expected to ease slightly across the United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates is expected to experience generally fair but hazy weather today, with slightly cooler temperatures, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).
The agency said active winds may lead to blowing dust and rough sea conditions, as the country comes under the influence of a weak surface low-pressure system from the east and a high-pressure system from the west, along with an upper-level high-pressure ridge.
Light to moderate north-westerly to south-westerly winds are expected to strengthen at times, reaching up to 40 km/h and lifting dust and sand in several areas across the United Arab Emirates.
Temperatures across the United Arab Emirates are forecast to range between 40°C and 34°C in coastal and island areas, and between 42°C and 38°C inland, while mountainous regions may see highs between 32°C and 27°C.
Sea conditions in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea are expected to remain rough to moderate.
Similar dusty conditions are expected to persist into the weekend across the United Arab Emirates, with a slight drop in temperatures forecast for Saturday. Humidity levels and the chance of mist are also expected to increase over some coastal and inland areas early next week.
