In Istanbul, the UAE National Pavilion at the SAHA 2026 International Defence and Aerospace Exhibition attracted around 4,000 visitors.

Supported by the Ministry of Defence (UAE) and the Tawazun Council, and organised by ADNEC Group (a Modon company), the pavilion provided a platform for UAE companies to present advanced defence solutions and engage with international industry stakeholders.

On the third day, activities centred on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and cybersecurity solutions that are shaping the future of the defence industry.

The UAE pavilion also received visits from senior military and defence delegations from Mexico and the Republic of Türkiye, along with officials from ASFAT.

The engagements included discussions on potential collaboration opportunities and the exchange of expertise in advanced defence industries and technologies, further reinforcing strategic partnerships between the UAE and participating countries.

The third day of the event highlighted the UAE’s advances in next-generation technologies, with participants showcasing innovations that integrate artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation into modern defence systems.

The UAE National Pavilion also functioned as a promotional platform for major upcoming defence events, including the IDEX and NAVDEX, both scheduled for 2027.

ADNEC Group’s event management arm, Capital Events, also conducted a series of specialised meetings with international exhibitors and industry leaders to explore participation in the upcoming exhibitions.
