Eleven major airlines have released their latest travel advice for passengers at Dubai Airport this April.

Dubai International Airport is currently operating on a reduced schedule, with recent updates from several DXB-based airlines.

Emirates is planning to resume full operations soon, while flydubai continues on a limited schedule.

Many of the world’s major airlines are still adjusting to the situation, and numerous routes from the US, Europe, and Asia remain subject to change.

To help you stay informed, here’s the latest travel advice from 11 of the busiest non-Dubai-based carriers.

1) Air France

Air France continues to monitor the situation in the region and has extended its suspension of flights.

All flights to and from Dubai are suspended until Sunday, April 19, including the scheduled return flight from Dubai on Monday, April 20.

Affected passengers have been notified individually.

The airline has also introduced flexible options, allowing customers to postpone or cancel trips free of charge, regardless of whether their flight has been cancelled.

2) Air India

Air India and Air India Express have resumed ad-hoc operations between Dubai and Delhi. Routes are confirmed daily, with a total of 16 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to the UAE on Wednesday, April 1.

Passengers affected by cancellations can rebook for a future date at no extra cost or request a full refund.

3) British Airways

British Airways confirmed on Monday, March 16 that it is extending reductions to its flight schedule in the region.

All flights to Dubai International Airport (DXB), Amman, Bahrain, and Tel Aviv are cancelled through Sunday, May 31.

Passengers can rebook with another carrier, reschedule to a later date, or request a full refund for bookings up to May 31.

4) China Southern Airlines

China Southern Airlines announced on Saturday, March 7 the resumption of selected routes from China to Dubai.

Flights from Guangzhou and Shenzhen to Dubai operated between March 8 and March 11.

Passengers are advised to check the latest flight information on the China Southern Airlines website, as schedules, times, aircraft types, and ticketing are subject to real-time updates.

5) IndiGo

IndiGo will operate a flight between Mumbai and Dubai on Wednesday, April 1.

Passengers are advised to check their flight status and watch for notifications sent to their registered contact details.

The airline emphasized its commitment to supporting customers while ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft remains the top priority.

6) KLM

KLM, operating from Amsterdam Schiphol, is providing regular travel updates regarding the situation in the region.

The latest guidance states that flights to and from Dubai are suspended through Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Passengers with cancelled flights will be notified and can rebook free of charge or request a refund via My Trip.

7) Lufthansa

Lufthansa, the German airline group, is providing regular updates on regional travel.

Both Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum (DWC) airports are reducing flight movements for capacity reasons.

As a result:

  • Lufthansa, SWISS, ITA Airways, and Austrian Airlines flights to Dubai are suspended until at least Sunday, May 31.
  • Eurowings flights to Dubai are suspended until Saturday, October 24.

Passengers holding LHG tickets to DXB issued on or before March 1, 2026, with travel dates between March 16–26, 2026, that have not yet been cancelled, may request a refund.

8) Qatar Airways

Qatar Airways, one of the world’s largest airlines, has resumed a limited flight schedule.

Flights between Doha and Dubai are now operating after several weeks of disruption.

Passengers with confirmed bookings between Saturday, February 28 and Thursday, April 30 are eligible for:

  • Two complimentary date changes up to Sunday, May 31 on Qatar Airways-operated flights.
  • Refunds for the unused value of their ticket.

9) Philippine Airlines

Philippine Airlines has announced schedules for several routes in the coming weeks.

The PR 658/659 Manila–Dubai–Manila route is suspended until at least Thursday, April 30.

Affected passengers can rebook or request a refund as outlined on the airline’s website.

10) Turkish Airlines

Turkish Airlines has provided extra flexibility for passengers scheduled to travel between Saturday, February 28 and Thursday, April 30.

Passengers who booked before February 28 have until Wednesday, June 10 to:

  • Request a refund
  • Change their reservation free of charge
  • Extend the ticket’s validity

11) United Airlines

United Airlines, one of the largest US carriers, has confirmed that its flights to Dubai will be affected until June 15.

Passengers who purchased tickets on or before February 28 with original travel dates between March 8 and June 15 have several options:

  • Reschedule their trip with no change fees or fare differences for flights between March 1 and June 15.
  • For new trips booked after June 15, change fees are waived, though fare differences may apply.
  • Cancel or skip the trip and claim a full refund.
