The UAE reaffirmed its full backing of Bahrain, highlighting support for measures that ensure the nation’s safety and stability.

The UAE has strongly denounced Iran’s ‘unprovoked terrorist attack’ on Bahrain, which led to the death of a Moroccan civilian contractor serving with the UAE Armed Forces during a routine mission.
Additionally, five UAE Ministry of Defence personnel and multiple Bahraini soldiers sustained injuries in the attack.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reaffirmed that this act of aggression violates Bahrain’s sovereignty and poses a threat to its security and stability. It further described the attack as a dangerous escalation jeopardizing the security of GCC states and the wider region.
The UAE reiterated its unwavering solidarity with Bahrain, emphasizing its support for measures aimed at safeguarding its security and stability.
It also conveyed sincere condolences to the family of the martyr, as well as to the people and government of Morocco, and extended wishes for a swift recovery to all those injured in the attack.
