Dubai: Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has announced a temporary technical issue that has partially disrupted services offered through its toll-free contact centre.

In a statement, the ministry confirmed that the fault affected operations on its hotline (80011111). It added that specialised technical teams are working to restore the service as quickly as possible to ensure continued support and address public enquiries.

MoHAP has urged the public to use its alternative digital communication channels until the hotline is fully operational, noting that these platforms remain accessible to receive requests and respond promptly to enquiries.
