Monday Forecast: Rain and Overcast Conditions Across the UAE

Western regions may experience increasing humidity overnight and into Tuesday morning.

Abu Dhabi: The UAE is expected to experience partly cloudy to cloudy conditions on Monday, with a chance of light rainfall later in the day, particularly over some coastal areas and islands, according to the National Centre of Meteorology.

Humidity is forecast to increase overnight and into Tuesday morning in some western areas, while temperatures are expected to drop in the western parts of the country. Winds will generally be light to moderate, occasionally freshening, with rougher sea conditions possible at times in the Arabian Gulf.

“Coastal and island areas will see daytime temperatures between 30°C and 35°C, inland regions between 32°C and 37°C, and mountain areas between 24°C and 29°C.

Tuesday: Conditions are expected to remain partly cloudy to cloudy, with a chance of rainfall in some coastal areas and islands. Winds will shift from southeasterly to northwesterly and may strengthen over the sea, resulting in rough conditions in the Arabian Gulf.

Wednesday: Similar weather is forecast, with cloud cover and a chance of rain over some coastal and northern areas, accompanied by a gradual drop in temperatures. Winds are expected to strengthen at times, particularly over the sea, while dust may be raised in western regions.

Thursday: Cloudy spells will persist, with a continued chance of rainfall across coastal, northern, and eastern areas. Moderate to fresh winds may stir blowing dust, particularly in western regions.

Friday: Fair to partly cloudy conditions are expected, accompanied by light to moderate northwesterly winds. Sea conditions will remain moderate to rough in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
