New operating hours for the holy month have been announced for public guidance.

Dubai: The Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates have announced revised business hours for Ramadan 2026.
According to an advisory, operations will run from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Fridays. Regular working hours will resume after Eid Al Fitr.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has confirmed that private sector employees across the UAE are entitled to a mandatory two-hour reduction in daily working hours during the holy month of Ramadan. This adjustment applies to both Muslim and non-Muslim workers.
Meanwhile, Dubai’s Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department has indicated that Ramadan is expected to begin on February 19, 2026, with the official start date to be confirmed by the UAE Moon-Sighting Committee following the crescent moon sighting on the eve of the month.
