The UAE now leads the region in industrial exports, according to the Vice President Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, after the numbers for the year 2025 became available.

Sheikh Mohammed, who also serves as the Ruler of Dubai, said that the Emirates has achieved 25 per cent growth in this area over the last year, reaching over Dh262 billion worth of industrial products — including Dh90 billion in technology — exported.

He noted that the success was due to the integration of the government and legislation in private industry, with the support of “exceptional digital infrastructure and a strong, established financial and banking sector.”
